WELCOME TO YOUTH IN TRANSITION

Youth in Transition (YIT) is a registered community based non-profit youth serving organization operating in Offinso in the Ashanti region of Ghana. The organization was incorporated in 2008 by a group of concerned citizens led by Evans Amponsah who saw the need to do more than just help their immediate families in Offinso Ghana. the organization seeks to help meet children and youth basic personal and social needs and build youth skills, knowledge and competencies relevant to enable them succeed academically, professionally, socially and economically. OUR MISSION
Our mission is to enhance the life chances of disadvantaged and at-risk children and youth in Ghana by expanding the learning, educational and economic opportunities available to them and assist them to develop into their fullest potential so that they will grow to become healthy, self-sufficient and contributing members of their communities.



TOP NEWS Youth In Transition in partnership with Paper4All Paper for All is registered as a 501(c)(3) in the US (#109090026), in the UK (#1116888), France (#20020080003) and Burkina Faso (#2007366). The organization provides academic resources to improve the learning conditions of more than 2,000 children in Burkina Faso and Africa. Youth in Transition is a member of the Paper for All Umbrella networks, a distinction given to a few registered nonprofit organizations recognized for their charitable purpose and work.
